Andrew Grant is the CEO of Tirian and co-author of the breakthrough new book The Innovation Race: How to change a culture to change the game along with the international bestseller Who Killed Creativity?... And How Can We Get It Back?.

As an executive level global culture consultant and facilitator, Andrew has been engaged by market innovation leaders to help create a culture of innovation including: Nestle, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Disney, Mercedes Benz, Estee Lauder, Salesforce and the UAE Prime Minister’s office, along with a number of large finance institutions.

As Head of Group Human Resources, Jason leads the People and Organisational strategy at OCBC Bank, across our offices in 18 countries. He also serves as a Director of The Institute of HR Professionals, and a member of the HR Sectoral Tripartite Committee and IBF Future-Enabled Workgroup.

Jason started his career as a Management Associate at Citibank in fixed income sales trading, and has built over 30 years of experience in financial services at Volvo Group Treasury Asia Limited, Standard Chartered and KBC, a Belgium-based bank, before joining OCBC Bank as the Global Head of Asset & Liability Management. Having worked on the business side in leadership positions in sales, trading and treasury management, making the switch into human capital management two years ago puts him in a strong position to influence and build OCBC Bank’s people agenda that will drive business decisions and enable the company’s long term growth.

He is currently driving the HR transformation agenda, introducing new HR capabilities such as Employer Branding and Marketing, Social Recruiting, HR Analytics and Future Workforce Planning. He has paved the way for greater collaboration between HR and IT, as HR embraces new technologies including a cloud-based Talent Management and Learning Management system, and a Social Collaboration tool. Pallavi has held several portfolios with IBM HR and Consulting units and worked in India, US and now in Singapore. 

Some of her other significant roles include the Asia Pacific HR Leader for IBM’s Consulting Services Unit where she was responsible for defining and executing strategic HR solutions, go to market and people management strategies of the Consulting unit., Brand Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead for IBM's Global Business Services supporting 9 regions - Greater China, India, ANZ, ASEAN, Korea, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Central & Eastern Europe. She was responsible for leadership acquisition & assimilation strategies, Large deal staffing strategies and execution, building pipeline of global best talent for our clients and enhancing IBM Brand with university talent globally. Mr. Steen Puggaard, 51, has held the position of CEO of 4FINGERS since February 2013. He has been instrumental in seeing 4FINGERS through a change of ownership, securing funding for expansion as well as growing the business from one to 11 stores in Singapore as well as overseeing the launch of 4FINGERS in Malaysia and Australia. As part of the company’s Board of Directors, he oversees the overall business strategy and ensures that the organization and resources are in place to manage rapid growth -- locally and internationally.

A resident of Singapore since 1999, Steen brings with him over 20 years of experience with several blue chip F&B franchises, specialising in marketing and general management in both ends of the F&B industry and across Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining 4FINGERS, his overseas roles included well-known corporations and mass-market brands like McDonald’s, Burger King as well as one of Singapore’s leading restaurant groups, Les Amis. He has played a key role in the launch of McDonald’s in several countries and recently introduced Costa Coffee in Singapore. 

Steen believes in always putting the customer first and has a fascination with the F&B industry and the unique abundance of opportunities it represents, more than any other industry, to serve customers every day. Importantly, he sees a need to continuously disrupt and challenge the status quo in order to ensure that brands to stay relevant to consumers.

Annie is a recipient of the prestigious Singapore Public Administration Medal, Bronze in 2010 and Silver in 2016, for her contributions to the education and public sectors.
